The Corner Toys PH: Refund Policy

At The Corner Toys PH, we ensure that all items are double-checked for accuracy and securely packed with protective materials before they are shipped to you.

Because we guarantee the correctness of our shipments. we only offer refunds or exchanges for Wrong Items Shipped. 

• Eligibility: A refund or exchange is only granted if the item received does not match your order. (e.g., you ordered Dragon Ball Z but received One Piece)
• Condition: The item must be unopened and in its original packaging. 
• Courier Damage: Please note that we are not liable for items mistreated or damaged by the courier during transit. Once the package is handed over to the delivery service, any external box damage is beyond our control.
• No "Change of Mind": We do not accept returns or refunds if change your mind after purchase.
• Timeframe: You must contact us within 7 days of delivery.

How to Claim:

To process your request, please send a clear photo and full unboxing video of the item to our Facebook Page. This evidence allows us to verify the error and resolve the issue for you immediately.
